Free UAE Return – 7 Days

We are committed to your satisfaction and want to make sure you are always happy with your purchases. That’s why we offer a hassle-free returns policy for customers in the UAE. You have up to 7 days from the date we receive your items to initiate a return.
Please keep in mind that we can only accept returns for items that have not been worn and still have the tags attached. Additionally, the items must be returned in the same bag they were shipped in. We are unable to process returns for items that do not meet these criteria.
Once your return is approved, we will issue a store voucher as a refund. This voucher will allow you to make a new purchase in our store. Please note that we do not offer direct payment returns.
It’s important to note that products purchased during sale events are non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchases during these times.

EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange your item/s, we recommend following the return process mentioned earlier and placing a new order for the desired items. This will ensure a smooth and efficient exchange.
