Once you have placed your order and selected local pickup at checkout, our team will swiftly prepare your order, which will be ready for collection within 2 to 3 business days. Rest assured, we will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready, complete with detailed instructions. Our convenient in-store pickup hours are from 09:00 to 5:00, Monday to Saturday. Once the order reaches USD 300 or AED 1100 you will avail the free delivery.Shipping time varies by location.   Free UAE Return – 7 Days

  We are committed to your satisfaction and want to make sure you are always happy with your purchases. That’s why we offer a hassle-free returns policy for customers in the UAE. You have up to 7 days from the date we receive your items to initiate a return. Please keep in mind that we can only accept returns for items that have not been worn and still have the tags attached. Additionally, the items must be returned in the same bag they were shipped in. We are unable to process returns for items that do not meet these criteria. Once your return is approved, we will issue a store voucher as a refund. This voucher will allow you to make a new purchase in our store. Please note that we do not offer direct payment returns.
